Starting 3 April 2016, Captain America and Spider-Man will arrive at Disney California Adventure at the end of Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood Land. This is in preparation for the opening of Captain America: Civil War.
However, at the same time Disney announced that Super Hero HQ in Tomorrowland will be closing on 2 April meaning no more interactions with Iron Man or Thor for the time being. As of now, nothing has been released detailing Disney's plans for the upstairs area of the Tomorrowland Expo Center, but guests are assured that Star Wars Launch Bay will remain open.
Does this mean they're gearing up for bigger and better Marvel stuff for DLR in the near future? We'll have to wait and see. In the meantime, catch the heroes at Super Hero HQ while you still can.
