At long last, Pixar Fest is finally here at the Disneyland Resort! Pixar Pier isn't set to open at California Adventure until late June, but the good news is that you don't need Pixar Pier to experience all the fun happening now during Pixar Fest. If you're planning a trip anytime from now through the summer then make sure you know what's happening so you can take it all in.

As part of the Pixar Fest in the spring, the Pixar Play Parade will be moving next door to Disneyland Park to take over as the daytime parade replacing Mickey's SoundSational Parade. The move coincides with additional floats and parade elements added to the show which Disney has just made public. The new floats are a mixed bag and while some seem pretty awesome others . . . well, let's just get to them.

The Lunar New Year Festival at Disney California Adventure has been growing year after year. Now it's become a major 4-week event celebrating the Lunar New Year (Chinese New Year) and East Asian culture. They've just announced all the fun and food that will be part of 2018's festivities so if you're planning a trip early next year there's a lot to be excited about!

Details of the 2017 holiday season at the Disneyland Resort have been scarce at best, but it's only a few weeks away so here is what we know is returning this year. Halloween Time is literally just about to start at Disneyland for another frightfully fun year and we now know all the great seasonal treats and dishes coming to the Disneyland Resort for the season. There are many favourites returning, but there are a ton of brand new surprises in store plus some unexpected changes for some fan favourite goodies. As Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort looms ever closer, Disney is hard at work getting their final plans ready and are already working on a couple of fan-favourite attractions: Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday.  With only a couple of weeks until the spooky festivities commence, Disneyland has announced one last attraction overlay in California Adventure that will most likely be a hit.

For the first time in forever, Halloween Time fun is spilling over from Disneyland Park into California Adventure.  From new Halloween attractions overlays to chillingly cool decor, new festivities are popping up that are sure to become crowd favourites.  The best part is that these additions are not very far away so if your plans are bringing you to the Disneyland Resort this autumn then you have a lot to look forward to!
