This February, an old favourite fireworks show will return to Disneyland (comebacks being quite a theme for 2017). Many are probably very familiar with it, but Remember . . . Dreams Come True was developed for Disneyland's 50th Anniversary celebration back in 2005 and lasted all the way until the Diamond Celebration in 2015. |
Remember . . . Dreams Come True is probably the ultimate celebration of Disneyland itself. The soundtrack features music and sounds from the Main Street Electrical Parade, the Indiana Jones Adventure, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Haunted Mansion, and even retired classics like the original Submarine Voyage or Star Tours. In my personal opinion, this is the best fireworks show the Disneyland Resort has ever seen second only to Disneyland Forever (RIP).
The announcement to bring back the spectacular buys the park a little more time to develop a new show and not subject guests to endless performances of Fantasy in the Sky, the short and highly mediocre off-season show. There is no word yet about how long the show will run but regular performances will begin 3 February 2017. We will keep you posted as more information pours in the next couple of months.
