Disney Parks has announced some changes that will be coming to several restaurants in Disneyland in Adventureland, New Orleans Square and Frontierland. With the close of Fantasmic! imminent for a while, the popular entertainment dining packages will be making a return while two classic restaurants will be switching up their offerings a bit. |
"Paint the Night" Dining Packages
There will be new priority seating dining packages available for the popular nighttime parade beginning 11 January 2016 at two locations.
- The Blue Bayou will offer a three-course meal to guests with seating along Main Street, USA.
- Aladdin's Oasis will include a choice of three entrees and whether to take the meal to-go or eat in the available restaurant seating area (a unique opportunity since the dining area has been closed off to guests for years). Paint the Night seating will be near "it's a small world".
New Dining Options
Two restaurants in Frontierland will change up their menu options starting in February 2016.
- The River Belle Terrace will become a table service restaurant on 10 February featuring barbecue, chicken, seafood and new desserts. This does mean that their iconic breakfast will no longer be available. Reservations will be accepted soon.
- The Rancho del Zocalo restaurant, near Big Thunder Mountain, will begin serving breakfast on 2 February. The menu will include "a few favorites from the River Belle Terrace menu, like the famous Mickey Mouse pancakes", as well as some new Mexican-inspired dishes. Their regular lunch and dinner menu will be available after noon.
