This small quick service restaurant in the far corner of the Grand Californian Hotel is a great option if you are staying at this hotel. But since you can only use the special Disney California Adventure entrance at the Grand Cal if you are staying there, don't go out of your way for the food if you aren't close. It is a very fast option, especially if you are waiting in line for extra magic hours and can send someone from your party to grab a small snack for breakfast.

I'm not sure the Storyteller's Cafe gets the foot-traffic it deserves sometimes.  Located just inside the Grand Californian Hotel, this has one of the best buffets in the resort!  It's nothing too fancy and never super busy, but there are enough options that typically everyone leaves happy in the end.

Just outside of California Adventure, the Napa Rose has the ambiance, the feel, and the food of a highest-quality restaurant. Although you should be prepared to pay a lot for the meal, I feel it is worth the money just because of how amazing the experience is. ​
