Keep in mind that Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor is a quick service stop. There is some interesting glistening decor inside. It will remind you of an old-time ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, there are very few places to sit. But if you don't mind just picking up a quick sundae and walking around Main Street with it, then grab a yummy ice cream treat here. One awesome idea is to grab a treat here while other members of your family hold your place for a parade or fireworks show!
Food: 3 Stars
The shop is sponsored by Dreyer's ice cream, so that is the type of ice cream served. It is quite tasty and there is a fun variety of cones, scoops of ice cream, ice cream creations, and waffle cone treats. Who can go wrong with a little ice cream? Unless you're lactose intolerant. Then, take lactase pills with you.

There is a wide range of prices, from a single scoop of ice cream to some of their large ice cream creations and sundaes. The food isn't incredibly cheap, but it is comparable to large desserts in other parts of the park, and is similar in price to the Ghirardelli shop in Disney California Adventure.
