Overall Rating: 2 StarsThere may be some of you who are wondering right now if Mickey's Toontown even has any dining options at all. The answer is that it does, but nothing substantial or necessarily memorable. Restaurants in Toontown include Clarabelle's, Daisy's Diner and Pluto's Dog House, each with a limited menu and close proximity to each other. |
Atmosphere: 2 Stars
Tables and chairs are available near each restaurant in Town Square in the middle of Mickey's Toontown. It's a fun atmosphere but can very easily seem crowded. It doesn't help that there's not enough tables and chairs for the crowds that usually eat there so you may find yourself wandering the streets for a bit before you can find a bench or ledge you can sit and eat on which are not as fun.
Food: 2 Stars
The food is fine and tastes good, but the selection is simply generic hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream and pizza. It doesn't have the same touch or appeal as almost every other quick service restaurant in Disneyland. You won't be disappointed by it but you won't find yourself clambering to come back. It's just a nice option if you're in the area.
Value: 3 Stars
Although the food is nothing special, it's not overpriced at all. You get what you pay for and not much else. I would almost give this a "2", but purely for the price I'll give it a "3". For more bang for your buck, just go down the way to the Village Haus in Fantasyland.
